Hi-Barre is an exercise system that was carefully crafted through fitness, yoga, and dance along with anatomy. We are committed to developing safe, effective and low-impact workouts that will have you feeling leaner, longer and stronger in no time. 

How does it work

Using the ballet barre, resistance bands and weighted balls, you will be engaged in an energizing combination of exercises unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Muscle sculpting, cardio training, core conditioning and deep stretching with an emphasis on posture and alignment.  All this, set to a kick ass playlist! You’ll feel the Hi-Barre burn and leave with a rewarding endorphin high. 


Micaiah Ganz has spent the past 15 years working as a dancer, personal trainer, fitness instructor, dance teacher, and yoga instructor. Not only has she taught fitness and dance classes, she has also created group fitness classes for boutique fitness and dance studios, with these studios and classes going on to be voted “Best Workout” and “Best Fitness Studio” in Toronto (NOW magazine). 

Micaiah has also performed professionally and taught dance across the United States, Canada, Central and South America, as well as here in Hawaii. Some of these shows and companies include, Waikikis Rockin’ Reception, Dukes of Surf, Ontario Ballet Theatre, dance photographer Lois Greenfield, Hosanna Sacred Arts, SHEvisions Theatre, and OMO Dance Company. 

As well as dancing professionally she teaches dance, yoga, and fitness classes around the island at schools and studios including Punahou and Prisma Dance. 

She is also the Co-Artistic Director of DeviationDance and the humanitarian program Healing Through Dance – an outreach non profit organization that brings dance and healing to communities at risk. As well as being an accomplished dancer, Micaiah earned a BA in Psychology from York University graduating summa cum laude. Micaiah’s background in dance, fitness, and psychology have all contributed to her striving to provide health and happiness to all people.
